Numbing Cream
Numbing cream is available as an optional add-on for clients who would like a little extra comfort during their tattoo session.
Starting at $50
Pricing may vary depending on the size of the tattoo and the amount of product needed. Numbing cream must be requested in advance so adequate application and numbing time can be included in your appointment.
Please note that numbing cream can help reduce discomfort, but results and duration may vary from person to person.
Consultations
Consultations are available at no cost for clients who would like to discuss their tattoo before booking.
This is a great option for custom pieces, larger projects, cover-ups, or anyone who would like guidance with sizing, placement, design ideas, or pricing.
Consultations do not require you to book a tattoo appointment and are intended to help make sure we’re on the same page before moving forward.
Deposits & Booking
All tattoo appointments require a 25% nonrefundable deposit to secure your date and time.
Your deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and must be paid before your appointment is officially scheduled.
Appointments are not held without a deposit. Remaining balances are due at the time of your tattoo session.
Additional Sessions
Tattoo pricing is based on the piece and the amount of time reasonably expected to complete it.
If a session ends early at the client’s request and additional appointment time is needed to complete the tattoo, an additional session fee may apply.
Any additional session requirements and pricing will be communicated before scheduling the remaining work.
Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are available for tattoos completed by Ink'd by Cultura De La Reyna when small areas need refreshing after the tattoo has fully healed.
Complimentary touch-ups may be offered within the designated touch-up period for areas that experienced minor ink loss during the normal healing process.
Touch-ups requested outside of this period, or those needed due to improper aftercare, excessive fading, or changes to the original tattoo, may require an additional fee.
All touch-up requests are evaluated individually to determine whether a complimentary or paid appointment is appropriate.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Deposits are nonrefundable. Rescheduling eligibility and whether your existing deposit can be transferred will depend on the amount of notice provided and the circumstances of the change.
Repeated rescheduling, late cancellations, or missed appointments will require a new deposit before another appointment can be scheduled.
Preparing for Your Appointment
A little preparation can make a big difference in your tattoo experience.
Before your appointment, please arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a full meal. Avoid excessive alcohol before your session and take care of the skin being tattooed by keeping it moisturized and protected from sunburn.
Wear comfortable clothing that provides easy access to the tattoo area, and plan accordingly for the length of your session.

Aftercare
Proper aftercare plays an important role in how your tattoo heals and settles into the skin.
Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following your appointment. Keep your tattoo clean, avoid picking or scratching, and follow the recommended washing and moisturizing routine while it heals.
Swimming, soaking, excessive sun exposure, and unnecessary irritation to the area should be avoided during the healing process.
